Venue Terms

Here is a copy of our Wedding and Event Rental Contract

Venue tours and Design consultations are what we base our Service Agreement/Quote.

 

We require $500 Non Refundable Reservation Fee to save the date. Applied to your total.  Within 30 days of Save the Date we need a reservation deposit to move forward with your event planning. 

We like to do a 60 day out Design Meeting to finalize details like colors napkin folds etc. 

Final Count Final Payment is due two weeks out from event date. 

Any and All Payments are nonrefundable
